Lauren and Markie
Lauren Ash-Morgan is the Founding Co-Artistic Director for the new theater company Speech of Fire and served as the Artistic Director for Seoul Shakespeare Company (SSC) between 2014 and 2019. She has been an actor as well as a board member for SSC since the year 2011. As the artistic director of SSC She was also the company's composer, musician and text director as well as the costume, set and music designer. Although she usually led from within the ensemble of actors in her final year she made her first appearance as director (and the lighting design) in SSC's King Lear. Following a short stint at Pomona College, she graduated from Lewis & Clark College. Post had previously been married Stephen Knox. Michael A. Ross has been her husband and co-writer from 1982. They share two daughters. Post has inspired numerous Hollywood actors because she is an outstanding actress, as well as ideal wife and parent.
